Requested zoning change:
RL (residential low) to CC and RM (residential medium)
Approximately 1-2 acres on the SE corner of 559 & Lake Van Rd. rezoned to CC. This is commercial and is the only zoning that allows for a gas station.
The 77-78 remaining acres request to change zoning to RM which allows for multi family dwellings to include apartments, duplexes, villas, condos, group living, etc.
